“7 Days of Prana” is an opportunity to de-stress and relax into your very own being by enhancing your vital energy/prana. We start with the breath as a vehicle to access prana, and move from this source into physical and meditative yoga practices. Each day focuses on a specific aspect of conscious breathing, and the incredible effect it has on your entire well being. 
 
Your day begins with a 2 hour yoga flow practice in the morning, followed by brunch, and concludes with a 2 hour restorative or yin yoga practice in the evening, followed by dinner. You choose how you would like to spend your afternoon, whether it be walking, relaxing, taking a trip to the sea or taking a sauna.
Special practices such as meditation, yoga nidra, mantra, day of silence and digital detoxing, round out your retreat, moving prana and awareness into more subtle energetic spaces within.
