Nourish your body and soul with yoga, meditation, sauna, massage and silence, nestled within NONNA Hof’s cozy atmosphere and the tranquility of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern’s countryside.

What to expect:

re-set with vitalising, morning, vinyasa flow sequences and pranayama

rest and restore with evening yin yoga and meditation sessions alongside a cosy fireplace

relax deeply with a yoga nidra session accompanied by live ambient music

bliss out during a 60 min. massage with one of Berlin’s most talented massage therapists

detox yourself with daily saunas

slow down during unscheduled hours of reading, resting, journaling, walking, being in nature

enjoy 2 freshly prepared vegetarian meals a day + healthy snacks

retreat with a small group, maximum 11 participants
