We are very much looking forward to guiding you into this deep experience of moving and connecting with others. This workshop is a guided movement journey, accompanied by LIVE MUSIC. You will have the opportunity to explore your individual way of moving and how your natural body language communicates. How do I move? How does my movement express itself? How can I communicate with others without words? This workshop gives space for spontaneous play, interactivity with music, connection to a group and a deepening of self-trust.
